A refined example of American Mid-Century Modern executive design, this walnut credenza is from the coveted Group 8 line by Jens Risom. Introduced in the 1960s as Risom’s executive series, Group 8 pieces were distinguished by their architectural proportions, elevated stance, and sculptural hardware details.

This cabinet embodies that philosophy with its clean linear silhouette, rich walnut grain, and contrasting black elevated base. The façade is accented by sculpted black demilune (half-moon) recessed pulls—an iconic detail associated with the Group 8 collection—offering both subtle drama and functional elegance.

Originally designed for executive office use, the layout remains exceptionally versatile:
