This elegant 1960s lowboard, originating from Scandinavia, is one such piece. Low in shape, beautifully proportioned, and crafted from warm teak with a soft, natural sheen. A design that effortlessly blends into a mid-century modern, Scandinavian, or Japandi interior. The horizontal lines give the piece a calm appearance. The two spacious drawers are lined with green velvet on the inside. A subtle detail that you only truly discover when you open the drawers. The deep green creates a refined contrast with the warm teak, enhancing the furniture's character without being overpowering. The handles are simple and integrated into the front, matching the minimalist design. Thanks to its low profile, this piece is ideal as a chest of drawers, compact sideboard, or understated TV stand. We carefully renovated the piece in our workshop. Old layers of maintenance were removed, minor repairs were carried out, and the wood was treated with a matte furniture oil, allowing the natural grain and warm tones of the teak to fully shine.
