The Murano glass bowl is distinctly reminiscent of the bowl by Vittorio Zecchin presented by Cappellin and Venini at the 1923 Monza Biennale. As per the publication "Vittorio Zecchin I vetri trasparente per Cappellin e Venini" (Vittorio Zecchin, Transparent Glass for Cappellin and Venini), published by Stanze del Vetro.
The color, glass thickness, and shape are reminiscent of the transparent bowls produced during that period.
