The company Dümler & Breiden was founded in 1883 by Peter Dümler and his brother-in-law Albert Breiden in Höhr-Grenzhausen (then West Germany), near Koblenz, and was one of the leading ceramic companies in West Germany during the 1950s and 1960s. They produced a wide range of high-quality shapes and glazes using white clay in unusual forms and colors. The company closed in 1992.
