This substantial custom dining set, crafted in Bangkok in the 1980s, blends traditional Asian design elements with a clean transitional aesthetic. Constructed from solid rosewood, the set exhibits exceptional weight, durability, and a rich natural grain that enhances its refined presence.
The round dining table measures approximately 60 inches in diameter and features a built-in rotating lazy Susan, providing both elegance and practical functionality. Eight matching chairs accompany the table, each measuring 42 inches high with generously scaled seats measuring 19 inches wide x 19 inches deep x 18 inches high, offering comfort and balanced proportions.
The set is in excellent overall condition, with some lacquer scuffs and marks that can be refinished. Its sturdy build, graceful design, and quality hardwood craftsmanship make it a standout piece for both formal and modern interiors.
