Painted South Park Blocks in Portland, OR between Madison and Jefferson Streets. The tower is First Congregational United Church of Christ at 1126 SW Park Ave. The equestrian sculpture is "Theodore Roosevelt, Rough Rider" by Alexander Phimister Proctor (September 27, 1860 – September 5, 1950).
From a larger group of works by Matthews, most of which were identified with locations in Oregon and Washington.
