Pair of English George III Style Sterling Weighted Candlesticks, 1891, Sheffield, by James Kebberling Bembridge, with tapered lobed candle cups on tapered lobed supports to oval lobed bases.
James Kebberling Bembridge was a noted Victorian-era silversmith based in Sheffield, England, recognized for his high-quality sterling silver holloware.
These antique candlesticks are gracefully shaped with a warm buttery patina. They have a few signs of age (see pictures) but present nicely.
