The canvas has been custom-cut to the silhouette of the bound parcel itself, creating a powerful sculptural presence on the wall that blurs the line between painting and object.
Rendered in a bold, warm palette of cadmium yellow, golden ochre, and deep amber, the work uses graphic flat planes of color and strong directional shadows to suggest three-dimensional volume. Thick twisted rope i painted to form in a dynamic cross-pattern, painted with convincing dimensionality against the angular geometric facets of the package.
