Jay Strongwater is an American designer celebrated for turning everyday décor into “jewels for the home,” blending metalwork, enamel, and crystals. He began his career in 1981 while at the Rhode Island School of Design, and expanded into home furnishings after creating a jewel-encrusted frame in 1995; by 1998, “Jewels for the Home” became his primary focus.
