Large oak dome top trunk from 1800's with traditional geometric hand carved details from Eastern Europe.
Restored and waxed, no lock. As seen in photos, carving is along front panel and front of top, not the back nor sides.
Signs of wear typical for age and use include nicks(see feet), scratches, stains, age related separation of wood (especially along domed top), etc. There are signs of old, dried wormholes throughout (especially interior bottom). This wear does not impact the strength nor functional integrity of the trunk which is restored and ready for use.
