The tall slender form has a flared base and narrow neck with decorative banded borders at the top, middle, and bottom sections displaying geometric and floral patterns in brown, blue, and gold. The vase is marked on the base with Japanese kanji characters identifying the kiln that produced it. The piece measures 12.25 inches tall by 5.25 inches in diameter. The decoration shows some general wear and the vase has general surface marks and crazing consistent with age. I see no chips or cracks.
