Extra Large antique Taisho Era Japanese Seascape silk scroll painting by Matsunami Tōsui (松波東堆), a student of the Japanese master Kawai Gyokudō active in the early 20th century. Signed: '東堆' (Tōsui). Watercolor and ink on silk over paper. Coffee color silk mount. Carved and lacquered black wood roller. Paper on back. Japan, Taisho Era, circa 1912-1926. Very Good condition - minor age wear, minor foxing and staining, clean. This scroll can be trimmed and framed.
