This piece takes a spatial footprint of roughly 55.5" wide X 43.5" tall.
I did not see a signature on the front, and I have not opened up the backside to look.
This piece of art was acquired about 30 minutes north of Seattle. The person selling the artwork told me that his ex-wife was given the painting by her mother, who was friends with the artist. He had no idea who the artist was though.
The painting looks to be of the California Coast or even the Pacific Northwest Coastline.
