Group of three Japanese lacquerware sake service stands, each combining integral tray and raised frame with gilt-lined cups, together with spoons and saucers, circa 1960.
Each square black lacquer stand with gold maki-e geometric and floral motifs forms a one-piece tray surface in red lacquer fitted with three or four black lacquer cups—stemmed guinomi, handled choko, and bowls—each interior gold-washed; spoons with black wood shafts and gold bowls; six matching black lacquer saucers with gold rims and landscapes; single lacquer pedestal stand.
Largest stand 7 inches square by 4 ½ inches tall.
