Extra-tall ribbed smoky glass table lamps with solid brass bases and architectural presence. Estate-sourced and exceptionally well maintained, offering substantial scale and refined materiality.
This striking pair of extra-tall table lamps features vertically ribbed, smoke-tinted transparent glass bodies resting on substantial square brass plinth bases. At 31 inches in height, they offer true designer scale — ideal for nightstands, console tables, or flanking a sofa where presence matters.
The glass is fully transparent with beautifully defined vertical ribbing that refracts light softly when illuminated. The internal brass rod is visible through the glass, adding warmth and architectural structure. All hardware — collar, stem, harp, finial, socket, and square base — is solid brass with a warm brushed finish. Not lightweight. Not hollow. Not plastic.
The finials are rectangular (not cube), measuring approximately 2 inches tall and 1 inch wide, reinforcing the clean architectural lines of the design.
These lamps were acquired from a curated estate in Porterville, California, where they were thoughtfully maintained and gently used. They present beautifully and read as like-new in person.
The overall aesthetic is modern-classic and highly versatile — equally suited for contemporary, transitional, or elevated traditional interiors.

Like-new estate condition. Glass bodies are clean and fully transparent with no chips, cracks, or clouding. Ribbing is crisp and intact throughout. Brass components (collar, stem, harp, rectangular finial, socket housing, and square plinth base) are solid and substantial. Finish presents beautifully with only minimal, age-appropriate surface variation consistent with careful use. No pitting, corrosion, or structural issues observed. Square bases sit level. Ball feet intact. Sockets function properly. Brass on/off switches are original and not plastic replacements. Harps are straight and properly fitted. Shades are clean and present beautifully with no visible staining or warping. Interior lining intact. These lamps have been very well loved, carefully maintained, and stored properly within the estate prior to acquisition. Fully functional and ready to place.
