A beautiful pair of Anglo Indian sconces of typical form with arching arms holding glass shades. The sconces are well anchored to the wall with carved shell- like decorations. These are difficult to date and I am cautious about including a specific period but we'll say that the design is perfect and execution is excellent.
Overall height 20 inches, width 4 1/2 inches at the base, the glass shades are 5 inches in diam, 10 inches in height.
