Produced during the 1960s, the cabinet has a minimalist design which is wonderfully balanced, with two cupboards flanking four central drawers making it a classic example of British mid-century design.

In the 1960s Scandart Furniture Company was based in High Wycombe England and designed wonderful Mid Century Danish-style furniture with a Scandinavian influence and with a British twist.

The original labels are no longer present, we can however confirm their authenticity. The attribution is supported by archival documentation, period catalog references, and multiple documented examples of the same model offered by reputable dealers and auction houses. The design, construction details, dimensions, materials, and identifying characteristics are consistent with known examples produced by the attributed maker. See less
