These vintage mid-century cabinets were produced in Denmark during the 1960s and are attributed to kai Kristiansen. These teak sliding door cabinets / compact sideboards feature clean Scandinavian design lines and beautifully figured teak throughout. Raised on tapered solid teak legs, each cabinet has a warm architectural presence with minimalist recessed circular pulls and softly framed sliding doors that emphasize the simplicity of the design.
The attribution multiple documented examples of the same model offered by reputable dealers and auction houses. The design, construction details, dimensions, materials, and identifying characteristics are consistent with known examples produced by the attributed maker.
