An impressive set of two studio ceramic art vessels including a vase and a jug, created by the renown ceramist duo Elli and Walter Serocka, whose studio was based in Xanten, Germany and in the Friesland region of the Netherlands.
These fine stoneware objects were created during the 1970s, inspired by traditional rural drinking vessels. They feature glazes in hues of white-grey over dark clay bodies, which creates unique contrasts.
