It is a Woven basket for gathering or decoration. Most likely oak splints or similar natural fiber with a stained or aged patina. Single swing handle with a circular or oval woven base. It shows atural wear, patina, and structural integrity suited for decorative use or light storage. 13 1/2" diameter X 7 1/2" high to top of basket , Overall height 18" top of handle. It had a Palecek sticker on it . Nonsmoking home, not stain or odors, minor splitting. See less
