It is Hand-woven using splint wood, such as oak or ash, with a bentwood handle and double-banded rim. Purpose: Traditionally designed for gathering fruits, vegetables, flowers, or eggs. It's been in my family since late 1940's-early 1950s. 19 1/2'" Long X 13 1/2" Wide X 7" High top of basket , 17 1/2" To Top of basket handle. Non smoking home, no stains, some small splits some signs of wear, no visible damage. See less
