Edwardian Faux Stacked Books Side Table, made in Italy. Table features a design of four faux bound volumes each with intricate spines. The faux leather covers in red, green, and yellow give them an aged appearance. Table rests on four formed hardwood legs. The top 'book' opens to expose a spacious storage compartment that is lined with a petite green leaf pattern on ivory paper background. Brass chains serve as hinges to keep lid open. The larger bottom 'book' opens as drawer for storage and is lined with the same liner pattern as the top book.
