This finely crafted piece features a softly scalloped body with double side handles and a domed lid topped by a sculptural loop handle.

The surface is adorned with hand-painted floral motifs in soft pinks and yellows, accented by flowing gilt scrollwork and a rich emerald-toned band encircling the lid. The painting displays visible brushwork and layered gilding typical of continental European porcelain of the period.

Unmarked, as is common for many antique decorative porcelain pieces produced in France, Germany, and the Austro-Bohemian region at the turn of the century. The form and decoration suggest it was originally part of a tea service.

A charming and refined accent for a tea table, china cabinet, or styled vignette, equally suited for traditional, romantic, or collected interiors.

Condition:
Vintage condition consistent with age. Light gilt wear and minor surface wear present. No visible cracks or repairs observed. Lid seats properly.
