Antique Spinach-green hardstone vase of baluster form, finely carved and hand-polished, featuring a broad flared neck and a raised circular foot. The stone shows attractive natural mottling and lighter green inclusions typical of “spinach-green” jade-type material, giving the surface depth and character.
Provenance:
Formerly in a European private collection; acquired on the Vienna antiques market (Austria). The object has been in Europe for several decades, cirica 1900.
