A beautifully detailed French Empire style crystal basket chandelier featuring cascading strands of faceted octagonal prisms and an ornate gilt bronze crown.
This classic corbeille-form chandelier showcases a pierced Louis XVI–style gallery, scrolling foliate details, and a dramatic stepped waterfall of crystal. The six interior lights glow warmly through the dense crystal draping, creating stunning light refraction.
Its 20-inch diameter makes it an ideal size for a dining room, entryway, bedroom, or dressing area — substantial yet versatile.
Mid–late 20th century. France or Italy.
