Quiet Places & Journeys — Genoa Hills, Nevada
This is an original plein air oil landscape by me, L Haas, painted on a 8 x 6 unframed linen panel and signed. I painted this after a morning out in the hills above Genoa, Nevada, where the light settles gently over rising terrain and distant slopes. There’s a quiet, steady rhythm in those forms — the way shadows shift, how tones balance between warm and cool — and that sense of stillness guided the brushwork rather than strict detail.
