The centerpiece of the piece is the splendid central decoration: a bouquet of flowers (resembling pansies or wildflowers) crafted with a highly skilled hand-engraving and chiseling technique. The flowers are rendered with great realism and delicacy, creating an almost painterly effect on the polished silver surface. The designer's signature "l. Greppi" is engraved in full on the edge, alongside the legal hallmarks.
