This colorful bottle is also known as a miner's bottle, Scoubidou, or Defiance bottle. These unique folk art items from the mid-20th century were created by miners who repurposed plastic-coated detonator wire to decorate old glass bottles. No two are exactly alike!
It would look so amazing on a buffet with some colorful wine glasses!
It does have one break in the weave near the bottom (see photo).
