Seated dhyana asana on double lotus throne, Buddha has youthful face with downcast eyes. Cheeks softly full, lending warmth and humanity to the expression. The lips are finely shaped with a subtle, serene smile, symbolizing peace and benevolence. Tightly coiled hair is crowned with ushnisha, above the forehead bearing a small urna (third-eye mark), representing enlightenment and divine insight. A flowing robe drapes gracefully across the torso, detailed with incised borders and decorative motifs. The hands in a meditative mudra holding a holy-water kalasa at the center of the body, emphasizing inner balance and spiritual focus. The lotus pedestal is deeply carved with overlapping petals, symbolizing purity and spiritual awakening, and provides a strong, harmonious base. The bronze surface exhibits a deep, naturally developed patina with areas of warm brown, dark charcoal, and soft verdigris tones, enhancing the sculpture’s sense of age and authenticity.
