Incredibly rare artwork created from hand-poured resin with phosphorescent glow-in-the-dark pigment by Beverly "Bev" Fishman, the contemporary American modernist artist. The disc is 9.75" diameter. Heavy - 4 lbs and 2.6 oz. Signed and dated 2010 by the artist. No gallery label on this one but it was acquired in the same grouping as the other 3 pieces that we acquired and are offering for sale on Chairish which are labeled en verso from the exhibition at David Richard Gallery.
Condition is good with scuffs and abrasions and there are purposefully created inconsistencies in the edges of the resin due to the organic hand-poured nature of the pieces. These are not damages.
Really cool - check out the photos taken in the dark. The back of this one still has a vibrant hot pink glow in the dark effect. See the last pics.
I have 4 of these glorious Bev Fishman resin pieces for sale. Please take a look at all of them. In our humble opinion, they would look best displayed together in a grouping as in the photos showing them at exhibition. They are exceptional!
