Designed in 1950 / produced 1954–66 by John Pile, Irving Harper, Gerald Gulotta, associates at George Nelson's office.
The Steelframe series was honest design at its core. All the components are visible to the eye. This pair features white painted fronts on painted maple/birch cases.
The sides of the drawers have been touched up to match the original gray/green that contrasts nicely against the black frame and white masonite top. The fronts have been repainted to match what was original white paint.
