They could be arranged numerous ways to fit into your space or when you want to redecorate. They appear to have been repainted from a black color to a muted gold. Unknown who made these, as the label is painted. I like the color, but they could certainly be repainted. They react to a magnet, so I assume they are cast iron.

The diameter of the inside candle holder is 2.6785” (2 &11/16”).
