Beautiful table showcasing the use of walnut and olive woods, these types of tables became popular as grand tour souvenirs.

Circular top with a stunning geometrical design inlaid into the top, which must of taken many hours of labour, with further inlay and strung borders reaching out to the edge.  Turned and inlaid stem, with contrasting stained bands.  Standing on 3 scrolling legs with further inlay.

Top is in very good condition with just one small black mark, typically these types of table are prone to losses but their is no evidence of that.  Very slight lean, which is very common with these tables.  Recently re-polished top in our workshop, and ready for everyday use. See less
