Piece is made of wood, with a tiger-striped,teak-colored veneer, and a varnished finish. (see photos).

The legs add some height, giving both elegance and lightness to this piece of furniture. The 2 front legs have their original, brass-colored leg tips (see photos.)

The 4 drawers have a good storage capacity, and will enable one to easily organize clothing or store other items. They have their 8 original brass-colored metal handles, typical of this period. They are all functional and clean, with very slight marks of use inside (see photos.)

The piece is in overall good original and vintage condition, with some old marks and signs of age and previous usage commensurate with time, on the overall structure, some old marks on the top and marks at the left; rear of the top (see photos with 1 cent coin for perspective), legs, panels, drawers and handles, as well as patina of time (see photos.)

The piece is solid and stable.
