Progettate negli … Read more Importante gruppo di dodici sedie in metallo smaltato e richiudibili modello 'Nonaro' di cui due capotavola con braccioli. Progettate negli anni '60 da Luigi Caccia Dominioni per accogliere i visitatori della Pinacoteca. Luigi Caccia Dominioni was born in Milan in 1913. He completed his entire course of studies, up to the Classical High School, at the Leone XIII Institute in Milan, run by the Jesuits. In 1931 he enrolled in the Faculty of Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. He graduated in 1936 and obtained his professional qualification in Venice. In 1936, with the brothers Livio and Piergiacomo Castiglioni, he opened a professional studio. He served in the military from 1939 to 1943, but refused to join the Italian Social Republic and had to take refuge in Switzerland. From 1945 he resumed his work as an architect, first with the colleague Castiglioni, then, from 1946, with his own professional studio.
