The columns are supported at the top and bottom by brass caps, which enhance their rhythm and create a pleasant chromatic contrast with the glass.
The white pulegoso glass shade, surrounded by red glass, diffuses the light softly and evenly, adding enveloping depth to the lighting.
Pulegoso glass. Pulegoso glass is full of bubbles, obtained by introducing a substance into the molten mass that produces gas bubbles. The technique was developed in the 1920s by Napoleone Martinuzzi at Venini.
The lamp rests on a solid and discreet black painted metal base, which visually balances the overall effect and enhances its dramatic impact.
