The Tenera series was launched in 1958, when the director of Alumni at the time, Nils Thorsson, invited young Scandinavian designers to create modern designs for Alumni, later known as Royal Copenhagen. The vase comes from early production. It has a very pleasant to the touch, velvety surface. Signed with the brand stamp and the handwritten signature of the designer. Very good condition.
