The jar has scenery on it of hills and land and trees plus a windmill. The top of the lid has trees on it. The lid is open and has something inside the top (maybe cork)-but I’m not entirely sure what it is. The person I bought it from said their grandfatether used to keep his tobacco in it. It doesn’t have any tobacco smell.

The jar measures 3.75 inches across and is almost 4.50 inches across the rim. It is 4 5/8 inches tall to the rim and 5.75 inches tall to the top of the handle.

The jar is marked Royal Doulton as shown. I do not have a pattern name or age, although the tobacco jar seems quite old.

There are no chips, cracks, or other damage to this item. See less
