Here's a fab, fun set of white-and-cerulean mugs and snack saucers designed by noted mid-century ceramicist LaGardo Tackett. The tall, flare-top mugs and the unusually shaped saucers include a spot to set your mug and room for a cookie or two. The set is from the "Everyone Loves Ice Cream and Candy" collection, produced in the 1960s by Schmid Porcelain. Each piece is stamped ''Tack Schmid Porcelain"
They are in great vintage condition, with no cracks or crazing and with very light signs of use. Note: there is a small ding/flea bite in the rim of one cup that appears to be a production flaw.
Mugs are 4.75" H x 3.25" W (outer edge of handle to side of mug) x 2.8"D (across top)
Saucer is 6.25" L x 4" (top) tapering to 2.25 (lower end)
