This set of six Taylor & Ng mugs, part of their highly collectible ‘Vintage French’ collection, includes: 2 x Cochon (pig), 1 x Le Canard (duck), 1 x L’ Escargot (snail), 1 x Le Lapin (rabbit), and 1 x La Bulle & LaVache (bull & cow). Full of retro fun, each mug features a playful cobalt wrap-around graphic design on off white pottery. The rabbit mug design is known for its whimsical and slightly risqué "naughty rabbits" illustration surrounding the main rabbit silhouette.
Four mugs have ‘Japan’ embossed on bottoms and signed and dated 1979. (pigs x 2, ducks, and snails )
The other 2 mugs have no marks on bottoms, and the signature is slightly different. ‘Win Ng & Taylor Ng, dated 1978.
