This Really is a Great Looking Piece of Authentic Antique - Early American Era Cookware. Circa Early to Mid Century. LARGE SIZE - Measuring Overall Approx 12 1/2 inches Tall x 12 1/2 inches Long x 11 3/8 inches Wide at Top Rim. NOTE that it has a Slightly Convex Bottom. This Hearth Style Cooking Pot was Designed to be Used in a Fireplace and Would have Been Used - Suspended Above the Fire by a Early Style Fireplace "Crane" Hanger. It is Completely Hand Made. The Pot is Made Out of Thick & Heavy Cast - Spun Solid Brass. The Handle is Also Substantially Made Out of Hand Wrought Iron and it is Fastened To the Pot with Oversize Copper Rivets. it is QUITE HEAVY Weighing Over 9 1/2 Pounds!. It is in Excellent All Original Condition - No Damage or Repairs. The Brass is Somewhat Tarnished.
It Measures Approx 12 1/2 inches Tall Including the Handle.
