Vintage mid-century 5 piece set of hand made clay bowls with early high gloss brown coloring. This set is very rich in color and texture. Each bowl was hand crafted of clay and then finished with brown drip glaze and beautiful dripping white glaze at the rims. No two bowls in the set are exactly alike. They are substantial in both size and weight. Usually you only find one or two of these pieces...it's very rare to find such a large set! The brown drip glaze ranges from medium to dark brown and the underside's are marked "ovenproof" and have "USA" written inside of a large leaf motif. It is the perfect and unique upgrade to your dining room!
