An exceptionally carved antique Chinese wall plaque from the late 19th century. Hand carved from a single block of wood, the impressive sculptural temple panel features a highly decorative scrolling openwork background with a bird of paradise and flowers.
Measuring 11 inches by 20 inches at the frame edges, and 8.5" High by 17.5" Wide and 1.5" Deep. Fine condition. Patina from age.
