Up for sale is a stunning pair of antique bronze patinated cast iron author bookends depicting Dickens and Emerson.
They're made of very thick cast iron, are extremely heavy, and have a gold and bronze finish.
The bookends are elaborately cast and each has a bust done in high relief.
The bases also have the names of the authors done in high relief and gilded in gold.
Both are in good condition and each measures 6 inches tall by 5 inches wide by 2 1/2 inches thick.
