Antique 20th Century Indian solid silver bowl, of a large size and heavy gauge, the bowl is finely chased in a typically Calcutta style, depicting Indian village scenes, animals and palm trees in a landscape. It is on a raised, stepped circular base. Marked to the underneath of the planter "-arachun- Parsrap, Jeweller, Bombay, Calcutta, Silver." Acid tested 900+ grade silver.
