Circa late 1980's-90's, Sirmos Corporation's, Original "Channel," Pendent in a alabaster white on white marble opaque finish to domed resin body with a cut-out circular opening, whereupon a round recessed center piece that rests or sits within the opening, in a clear CyTron to raised relief floral detail.Sirmos was a "To the Trade," Donghia Showroom Representation. (IF you look at the 3rd. image that is the true color, as ALL OTHER images, had to place a foam piece to try and keep it inset, while photographing, without any help to hoist and/or hold it up, and display as if hung.). CyTron, which is essentially foundry terminology or word for cast resin, in-house custom cast and finished, with gold leaf antique detail to hardware and fluted banded details, a solid steel brass plating to rods, then a gilded gold leaf finish has been applied, all hand done, an in-housevia Sirmos Foundry of Artisans/Craftsmanship specific to each facet of production to products under SIrmos Co. The center textured relief is a separate piece, that sits snuggly into it's slotted opening, which illuminates a refracted and nuanced sculptural light source, while the white on haze marble haze finish to dome, is a much more lit yet softly alluring diffused lighting source, along with the hand artisianl crafted detail to gilded metal relief skeletal frame, which embodies and encapsulates the CyTron finished pieces, thus ending or raised upon and suspended by a square canopy top, with 4 rods, all gilded the antique gilt gold leaf detail finish, as well as a topped, pierced ben-day dot diffuser within the convaveinterior domain.
