French Louis XV Period Carved Bergere Cabriolet, Paris circa 1760
The regal bergere cabriolet is referred to as the chair of kings. This chair is finely hand carved in walnut with flowers and intricate mouldings. The bergere has an arched, padded back and loose cushioned seat and rests on elegant cabriolet legs. The chair is upholstered in
white muslin ready for the covering of your choice.
Condition is good. Two small pieces of moulding are missing. (photo)
