A stunning rare vintage First Edition full color offset lithograph print of the letter R (from A Gradual of Albi, beginning of the introit of the Mass for Easter). Comes from a First Edition art folio of The Letters from Manuscripts of the 8-12 centuries. Printed in 1949 in France by Editions du Chene. Printed on one side. Hand tipped-in on a board of heavy paper. Additional black and white print of letter R from the folio is included. Excellent condition - never framed.
