The vintage lithograph print is printed in Japan in 1967. It is a page from an authentic vintage artists publication. It features an artwork image originally created by Klee in 1915 titled " Anatomy of Aphrodite ". The lithograph print plate image is attached to the page with a method called " tipping " where it is attached to the page by hand on 3 corners. This print is suitable for framing.

Paul Klee ( 1879 - 1940 ) The Swiss born artist is attributed to creating some of the most original and colorful paintings of The Twentieth Century. Klee was an educator at the famous Bauhaus school in Germany. His work reflects the styles and ideas of Symbolism, Expressionism, Cubism, as well the simplicity of the Bauhaus designs. Art works by Klee are included in the collections of many of the world's most prestigious museums.

The lithograph print plate image measures 7 1/2" W X 9" H, on a page that is 9 1/4" W X 12 1/2" H. There is unrelated text on the reverse back side of the page that refers to a different artwork image.
