Very pretty pair of candlestick buffet lamps probably from the 1960’s. Each lamp has an identical brass base with hand painted marbling, and a brass tassel.
I believe the lampshades are probably only a couple of years old, but they match nicely. One lamp is slightly taller because it has a longer harp, which can be easily remedied with matching length harps.
The lamp on the left has damage to the metal on the backside, and peeling paint, again, mostly in the back. The other lamp is fine. I am selling the lamps as a pair, but they are priced according to the damage on the left lamp, so you are essentially getting the second one free. Both lamps are in working order.
If the lamps are set on a sideboard with a wall behind it, the damaged one is less noticeable.
Lampshades are 8.5 inches square at the base, and 8.5 inches tall

As stated in the description, one of the lamps has damage on the back of the candlestick base towards the top, as well as chipped or peeling paint. This does not affect the usage as it is on the backside. Both lamps work. The other lamp is in very good condition, with just a few small spots of chipped paint at the bottom.
